Calm explanation

This is how to be calm when you are mad. First is how to recognize
what being upset feels like, what to do in KitKat, how to think of your
happy place and how to know when you are calm.

I'm going to be showing you how to be calm and not hurt anyone when
your mad. You know when you are mad when you go red or breathe heavily.
You need to walk away from what makes you mad.

First you go to a corner or just a place where you
can be alone and take deep breaths. Then close your eyes
think about something that makes you happy.

My happy place is being around animals.
Just breathe and stay at your happy place for
as long as it takes to calm down and relax and
once your done just go back to whatever
you were doing and remember to stay calm.

You know you are calm when your face turns
back to a normal color and your breathing goes normal and you calm down

That is how you become calm.
